By registering for or using GetWhatsAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetWhatsAPI provides a REST API platform that enables users to send and receive WhatsApp messages programmatically by linking their personal or business WhatsApp number to our platform. The Service is operated by Zajelsoft.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Service offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan limits (daily or monthly message quotas) are enforced automatically. Overages on paid plans are billed at the rate stated on the pricing page. All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (including WhatsApp's platform) which may be subject to outages or policy changes outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
Message content and metadata are processed to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Message logs are retained for up to 30 days for billing and audit purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send messages to your recipients under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, PDPL, and similar regulations).
All software, branding, and documentation of the Service are the property of Zajelsoft. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for extended periods. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that messages will be delivered in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zajelsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
